“In your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being ready to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect.” - 1 Peter 3:15
Our student ministry is called Ready Room.
Ready Room Ministries seeks to help ready the church and her students to share and defend their faith.
1) Gospel-Centered Teaching
2) Bible-Based Preaching
3) Apologetic-Focused Living
4) Relationship-Oriented Community
The apostle Peter states it simply:
“Always be ready to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you.” - 1 Peter 3:15
Ready Room Ministries seeks to partner with parents and church leaders to help prepare students to know, defend, and live their Christian faith.
We center all of our teaching and ministry on the gospel. We base all of our teaching on the Bible. We focus our studies on Apologetics, seeking to equip students to defend their faith. We orient the time we have together around relationships with other students, parents, and church leaders.
The goal of Ready Room Ministries is to equip students with a holistic Christian worldview that cherishes the gospel, treasures the Bible, understands the faith, and desires community.
Sunday mornings at 11:00 a.m. We meet in the Outback (the building behind the worship center) to study the Bible together.
Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. We meet in the Ready Room (the lower level of the worship center) to worship together in song, prayer, teaching, and discussion.
Want to get involved?
We are always looking for volunteers to help us reach students with the gospel, and equip them to defend their faith.
Serving regularly in the Ready Room looks like leading a small group on Wednesday nights or teaching a Bible study on Sunday mornings.
If you cannot serve regularly, do not fret! There are plenty of other opportunities to serve. Every year we need leaders for summer camps, hosts for open houses, chaperones for events, and leaders for mission trips.
